Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best known for playing strong yet vulnerable characters. Linney was raised in a family of actors, since her father Romulus Linney plays a writer. She graduated in 1986 at Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. located in New York City in 1990. The actress began performing on Broadway immediately, eventually receiving high praise for her performance in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
